Yeah, I'm a few days late...but only with the post. I made some fun green cupcakes with yellow and white frosting (you know, the pot of gold!) for our homeschool get together on Friday. It was quite a blast! Note to self, though, the cream cheese icing was a bit TOO cream cheesy.
